Ep 3. Once Upon an Ed

Once Upon an Ed is the third episode of the third season of Ed, Edd n' Eddy. This episode begins with the Eds reading a book about fairy tales and getting inspired to create their own story. They decide to act out their own fairy tale and Edd (also known as Double D) is chosen to be the narrator.

The story they create is about a prince named Jimmy (played by Ed) who is looking for his true love. He sets out on a journey and along the way meets a talking squirrel (played by Eddy) and a kindhearted giant (played by Ed). They encounter various obstacles, including a dragon (played by Rolf) and a wicked witch (played by Kevin), before finally reaching the castle where the princess (played by Sarah) is being held captive.

The Eds continue acting out their fairy tale but things start to go wrong when they realize they don't actually know how the story ends. They begin arguing and ruining the story, causing Edd to step in as the narrator and try to bring things back on track.

As the story progresses, the Eds begin to realize that they have learned something valuable from their fairy tale. They learn that working together and communicating effectively is the key to success, and that sometimes it's better to listen to someone else's ideas rather than only your own.
