Emergency! season 3 episode 10 titled "Zero" is an intense and heart-pumping episode that will have viewers on the edge of their seats from start to finish. The episode opens with the paramedics Johnny Gage and Roy Desoto responding to an emergency call at a nearby airfield. When they arrive, they find a small plane crashed in the middle of the runway and quickly set to work assessing the situation.

Meanwhile, the rest of the crew at Station 51 are getting ready for their annual physicals. Captain Stanley is worried about his hearing test, while Chet is more concerned about his weight and sets about trying to drop a few pounds before his exam. As they go through their physicals, the doctors notice something strange about one of their test results. It seems that one of the firefighters has a condition known as hypoglycemia, which means they have low blood sugar levels.

Back at the airfield, Johnny and Roy discover that the pilot of the crashed plane is none other than their friend and fellow paramedic, Marco. He had been flying solo and was attempting to land when the engine failed, causing him to crash. Marco is badly injured and requires immediate medical attention, but with no hospital nearby, the crew must work quickly to stabilize him and transport him to safety.

Meanwhile, at the fire station, the crew learns that the firefighter with hypoglycemia is none other than Mike Stoker. Worried about what this means for his future with the department, Mike sets out to prove that he is still fit for duty. However, as he tries to show that he can still perform his duties, he begins to suffer from the effects of his condition, leading to a dangerous situation.

As the episode progresses, the crew at Station 51 must work together to ensure that Marco and Mike both receive the medical attention they need. With Marco's injuries severe and his condition worsening, Johnny and Roy must think fast to come up with a plan to transport him to a hospital that is equipped to handle his injuries.

In the end, the crew's quick thinking and determination allow them to save both Marco and Mike, but not before facing some of the most challenging situations they have ever encountered. With heart-racing action and a powerful message about the importance of teamwork and determination in the face of adversity, "Zero" is an episode that is sure to leave viewers both entertained and inspired.
