Ep 8. Ancient Ram Inn

In Ghost Adventures season 2 episode 8, the team travels to the quaint town of Wotton-under-Edge in Gloucestershire, England to investigate the infamous Ancient Ram Inn. Built in the 12th century as a priest's residence, the Inn has a long history of dark and disturbing events, including child sacrifice, devil worship, and murder.

As Zak Bagans, Aaron Goodwin, and Nick Groff begin their investigation, they quickly learn that the Ancient Ram Inn is home to a variety of paranormal activity. From the moment they step inside, they are hit with an overwhelming feeling of dread and unease. The team sets up their equipment and begins their investigation, hoping to capture evidence of the Inn's resident ghosts.

Throughout the night, the team experiences a variety of chilling encounters. They hear strange voices, including what appears to be the sound of a child crying. They capture footsteps and other unexplained noises on their audio equipment. And they capture several orbs and unexplained shadows on their video cameras.

One of the most disturbing experiences of the night occurs when the team investigates the Inn's infamous Bishop's Room. Here, they encounter an overwhelming feeling of malevolence, and Zak becomes physically ill. Later, the team discovers that the Bishop's Room is directly above an old Pagan burial ground, which may explain the negative energy in the room.

As the investigation continues, Zak and Nick decide to spend the night alone in one of the Inn's most haunted rooms. Here, they are hit with an onslaught of paranormal activity, including scratching and tapping sounds on the walls, cold spots, and the feeling of being touched by unseen hands.

In an effort to better understand the history of the Inn and its ghostly residents, the team meets with local historian John Humphries. Humphries shares some of the Inn's most disturbing stories, including the tragic tale of a young girl who was murdered in one of the rooms. He also reveals that several previous visitors to the Inn have reported seeing a ghostly woman in white, who is believed to be the spirit of a medieval nun.

In the end, the team believes they have captured compelling evidence of paranormal activity at the Ancient Ram Inn. From unexplained sounds and voices, to strange shadows and orbs, they are convinced that the Inn is one of the most haunted locations they have ever investigated. And with its long history of tragedy and darkness, it's no wonder that the Ancient Ram Inn continues to draw paranormal investigators and enthusiasts from all over the world.
