Ep 22. Woman in Black

Nick and Hank encounter a mysterious woman in black haunting Portland. She appears to be Wesen, but the type of Wessen she belongs to is unknown, which only adds to her mystique.

As they investigate the Woman in Black, Nick discovers that she has been involved in several strange and unexplainable events around the city. They soon realize that the woman is not just some random Wesen, but has a dangerous and deadly agenda. Nick, along with his friends, tries to get to the bottom of the Woman in Black’s true intentions.

Meanwhile, Captain Renard is hiding out at a hotel in the city while still recovering from being shot. He is visited by Adalind Schade, a hexenbiest who he once had a relationship with. Adalind has been tasked with retrieving the keys to his family’s treasure, but when she arrives she realizes that Renard is in no shape to help her. With no other options, she turns to Nick’s girlfriend Juliette for help.

Elsewhere in Portland, Monroe is still recovering from his injuries after being attacked by the royal family’s hexenbiest assassin. He is visited by his ex-girlfriend Angelina (Jaime Ray Newman), who has revealed herself to be a see wesen. Angelina is distraught over the loss of her family, which was destroyed by the Royals, and seeks revenge. She enlists Monroe’s help to track down the key to the treasure, which she believes will give her the power she needs to take down the Royal family.

As the episode progresses, the various storylines begin to intersect. Nick and Hank learn that the Woman in Black is actually Angelina, and that she is working with Adalind to retrieve the keys to the treasure. Juliette, who had offered to help Adalind, discovers what Adalind is really after and decides to take matters into her own hands.

The episode culminates in a climactic showdown between Nick, Hank, Monroe, Angelina, and Adalind over the keys to the treasure. The result of the confrontation sets the stage for the upcoming second season of the show.
