Pam is the thirteenth episode of the third season of the documentary series Intervention. The series follows the lives of individuals struggling with addiction, showing the impact of their substance abuse on themselves and those close to them, as well as the efforts of their loved ones to intervene and help them get sober.

In this episode, we meet Pam, a mother of two who has been struggling with addiction for years. Pam began using drugs in her early twenties, after a difficult childhood marked by physical and emotional abuse. Her addiction quickly spiraled out of control, and she spent years in and out of rehab, unable to maintain her sobriety.

Pam's drug of choice is cocaine, and she spends thousands of dollars a week on the drug, often neglecting her children's needs to fund her habit. Pam's husband, Billy, is also an addict, which only exacerbates the problems they face as a family.

Despite her addiction, Pam is a deeply caring person who loves her family and wants nothing more than to be a good mother. She is well-liked by those who know her, and her vivacious personality makes her the life of the party. However, her addiction has taken a toll on her physical and emotional health, and she knows that she needs help to get her life back on track.

In this episode, Pam's family stages an intervention to encourage her to seek treatment. The intervention is led by Ken Seeley, a professional interventionist who has helped hundreds of individuals struggling with addiction. Seeley helps Pam's family articulate their concerns and feelings about her addiction, and encourages them to set clear boundaries and consequences if Pam refuses to take action.

The intervention is emotional and intense, as Pam's family members express their love for her but also their frustration and anger over her addiction. Pam is initially defensive and resistant to the idea of going to rehab, but eventually agrees to seek treatment after hearing the heartfelt pleas of her family.

The remainder of the episode follows Pam's journey to recovery, as she enters a rehabilitation program and begins the difficult work of addressing the root causes of her addiction. We see the ups and downs of her treatment, from the grueling detox process to the moments of clarity and insight she experiences as she works with her therapist.

Throughout the episode, Pam's family members provide support and encouragement, attending family therapy sessions and learning how to communicate in healthier ways. We see the impact of Pam's addiction on each of them, from her husband's struggles with his own addiction to her children's fear and confusion over their mother's behavior.

Despite the challenges they face, Pam and her family are determined to overcome her addiction and rebuild their relationships. Over the course of the episode, we see the power of love and commitment in the face of addiction, as Pam and her family work together to create a brighter future.
