Ep 10. Secret Garden

Besides the issues in the kitchen, Ramsay also has to deal with the problems in the front of the house. The waitstaff is disorganized and unprofessional, and they're not doing their job properly. Ramsay helps them streamline their tasks and make the dining experience more enjoyable for the customers.

Throughout the episode, Ramsay employs his usual tough love approach to get the restaurant owners and employees to see the error of their ways. There are many tense confrontations and emotional moments, but ultimately Ramsay's efforts pay off.
