Ep 9. Military: Impossible

Chef Robert Irvine heads to Wichita, Kansas to transform an outdated military-themed restaurant called Heroes Sports Bar and Grill. The owner, a retired Army veteran, opened the restaurant to provide a gathering place for fellow veterans, but the place is struggling financially due to poor quality food and a lack of atmosphere. Robert is challenged to bring new life into this restaurant while remaining respectful to the owner's military background. He must also find a way to appeal to the local community while maintaining the restaurant's military theme. As always, Robert faces many obstacles along the way, including an uncooperative staff, outdated equipment, and a kitchen in dire need of renovation. With the clock ticking, Robert must work quickly to transform both the menu and the decor in order to save this restaurant from going under.
