Ep 4. Take Your Kook To Work Day

Take Your Kook To Work Day is the fourth episode of the first season of Stoked, a Canadian animated TV series. The show, which premiered on June 25, 2009, follows the lives and adventures of six teenage friends who work at a world-class resort on the imaginary island of Sunset Beach.

Johnny's little brother is too young to surf and causes a lot of trouble, much to Johnny's frustration. Fin's sister is stubborn and refuses to take direction from anyone. Reef's friend is lazy and expects Reef to do all the work. And Lo's dog keeps causing havoc on the beach.

Throughout the episode, the importance of patience and perseverance is emphasized. The characters all face setbacks and challenges in their attempts to teach their kooks how to surf, but they all eventually find a way to make it work. Some of them use unorthodox teaching methods, like Emma's use of video games to teach her cousin about balance and timing. Others learn to let go of their own expectations and just let their kooks have fun, like Johnny's decision to let his little brother play in the sand while he surfs alone.

As the day draws to a close, the characters all come together for a final surfing session with their kooks. Despite the obstacles they faced, they are all able to share the joy of riding the waves with their loved ones. Even Lo's dog manages to catch a wave and impress everyone with its surfing skills.
