Ep 6. Salvation

Sydney is on a mission to find the murderer of an old friend, after she receives a call from a former acquaintance who knows something about the incident. Meanwhile, after Dixon publicly scolds Sloane for his handling of the mission to France, Sloane confesses to Jack that he has been under immense emotional stress since his wife's death and is starting to feel guilty about his involvement with SD-6. With pressure mounting, Sloane turns to Prophete, a mysterious and elusive figure who claims to have an understanding of the Rambaldi mystery, for answers and guidance. At the same time, Vaughn becomes increasingly conflicted about his feelings for Sydney and the ethical implications of his double life as a CIA agent and Sydney's handler. When Sydney finally tracks down the man she believes to be her friend's killer, she is stunned to discover that he has a shocking connection to Prophete and the Rambaldi prophecy, leading her to question everything she thought she knew about her missions, her colleagues, and herself.
