Tony, a regular customer, brings in a giant peanut statue in hopes that Rick can restore it to its former glory. The statue was originally displayed outside a peanut factory and became a well-known landmark in the city. However, after years of neglect and weather damage, the statue is in desperate need of repair.

Rick begins by removing the layers of paint and primer that have accumulated on the statue over the years. He uses a combination of heat guns and sandblasting to remove the layers without damaging the underlying metal. Once the surface is smooth, Rick begins to apply a new layer of primer to prepare it for painting.

Meanwhile, Kowboy is tasked with fixing a vintage popcorn machine for a local movie theater. The machine is over 70 years old and has several broken parts, including a cracked glass door and a missing popcorn scoop. Kowboy is able to find replacements for many of the broken parts and uses his welding skills to repair the glass door.

As work on the peanut statue continues, Rick realizes that the statue was originally painted with lead-based paint, which is now illegal due to health concerns. He has to take extra precautions to ensure that the old paint is removed safely, using protective gear and a special vacuum to contain the dust.

Once the old paint is removed, Rick begins to paint the statue in the classic colors of a peanut - brown and yellow. He uses a combination of spray paint and hand-painted details to bring the statue back to life.

In the end, both the peanut statue and the popcorn machine are restored to their former glory. Tony is thrilled with the work on the statue and plans to display it outside his own business as a tribute to the city's history. The movie theater is also pleased with the restored popcorn machine, which they plan to use for special events and movie screenings.
