In season 9 episode 2 of Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations, host Andrew Zimmern travels to Lyon, France, to explore the city's unique cuisine.

Zimmern visits one of Lyon's most famous bistros, where the chef explains the history and preparation of this iconic dish.
