In this episode, Ethan's family takes him to meet with Dr. Alex Margolis, a renowned plastic surgeon who specializes in children's facial reconstruction surgery. Dr. Margolis has a unique approach to surgery that he believes can help Ethan achieve a more natural-looking face.
