Ep 15. Beastly Burgers

In the latest episode of Burgers, Brew & 'Que season 4, episode 15 titled "Beastly Burgers", host Michael Symon travels to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to check out some of the best burger joints in the city. He starts his adventure at AJ Bombers, which is known for their stuffed burgers. For the final stop of the episode, Michael heads to Vanguard, a hotdog and sausage joint that also serves up some of the best burgers in the city. He meets with the owner, Jim McCann, who is a self-proclaimed burger fanatic. He shows Michael their "Boris Burger", which is a beef patty topped with smoked veal brisket, roasted garlic mayo, and caramelized onions. Michael also tries their "Beer Cheese Burger", which is a beef patty topped with beer-infused cheese, house-made bacon jam, and crispy onion strings.
