Kelly is looking for a fresh start in life after losing her husband in a drunk driving accident a few years ago. She wants to open a small cafe where people can gather and relax, and her sister Lisa is on board to help her find it. Restaurant broker, Keith Simpson, leads these first time buyers on the restaurant hunt, showing them three very different properties in Minneapolis.
