Carnival Eats Season 6 Episode 9 Beauty and the Beef

In season 6 episode 9 of Carnival Eats, titled "Beauty and the Beef," host Noah Cappe travels to the Montana State Fair to discover some of the most unique and delicious food offerings.

Noah begins by heading to a stand called Piggly's, where he tries their famous bacon-wrapped meatloaf sandwich, which is served with a side of tater tots smothered in homemade gravy. Next up, Noah heads to The Nutty Bavarian, where he indulges in a classic fair snack - roasted cinnamon almonds.

Noah then meets the owner of Taco in a Bag, who introduces him to their signature dish - a walking taco. This dish consists of a bag of Fritos corn chips filled with taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Noah even tries his hand at making one himself.

As Noah makes his way through the fair, he discovers a stand called Big Gary's, which serves up some of the most unique burgers around. Their signature burger is called the "Gary Burger," which is a juicy beef patty topped with cream cheese, bacon, BBQ sauce, and fried onions. Noah tries this burger, along with some equally impressive sides, like fried green beans.

Noah then heads to a stand called Tater Tots and Beer, where he samples some bacon-wrapped tots and their famous mozzarella sticks. While there, Noah also gets a lesson in pouring the perfect pint of beer.

Next up on Noah's carnival food tour is a stop at a stand called Gumbo Gator, which serves up some of the most amazing seafood dishes. Noah tries their famous alligator sausage, as well as their shrimp and crawfish gumbo.

Noah ends his food journey with a visit to a stand called The Donut Family, where he indulges in some unique and tasty donut creations, including a bacon maple donut and a creme brulee donut.

Throughout the episode, Noah not only samples some incredible and unique fair foods but also gets to know the food vendors and learns about their cooking techniques and inspirations for their dishes.
