The show Carnival Eats is back with its 9th season, and the first episode is named The Postman Always Brings Rice. The episode features host Noah Cappe traveling to some of the most exciting carnivals across America to discover the delicious and unique foods that these events offer.

In this episode, Noah begins his journey at the Big Butler Fair in Pennsylvania, which hosts over 100 food vendors. He starts by trying the Slammin' Sliders, juicy slow-roasted pulled pork sliders stacked up with coleslaw, and then moves onto its famous dish, The Beast -- a massive sandwich piled high with brisket, pulled pork, and a giant onion ring.

He then heads over to one of the most popular stands at the fair, Hometown Vitners, which offers Noah an entire bucketful of their delicious homemade potato chips, irresistibly flavored with seasonings like salt and malt vinegar. Next, Noah stops at the Unkosher stand to sample their classic Reuben Dog, a hot dog piled high with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing.

Following his food-filled adventure at the Big Butler Fair, Noah travels to the Warren County Farmers' Fair in New Jersey, where he discovers a number of fascinating and unique dishes. He starts by trying the Welsh Cakes, a sweet and spicy cross between a scone and a pancake, served hot and fresh off the griddle with some honey butter.

Next, Noah samples the all-time carnival favorite, funnel cake -- but with a new twist. The folks at the funnel cake stand at Warren County have come up with a savory version of the beloved treat, and Noah tries their delicious Funnel Fries, seasoned with cheese, bacon, and ranch.

As his exploration continues, Noah heads to the Ashland County Fair in Nebraska, where he discovers some truly unusual carnival cuisine. At the Chuckwagon Stand, Noah tries the Giant Smoked Turkey Leg, a meat lover's dream come true. Smoked to perfection and served with a side of homemade barbecue sauce and honey mustard, this turkey leg is no joke.

Finally, Noah decides to indulge his sweet tooth and visits Cookie Dough Bliss, where he samples their signature dessert, the Cookie Dough Sundae. This mouthwatering concoction is made with chunks of fresh cookie dough, scoops of vanilla ice cream, and topped with a generous helping of whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles.

In Carnival Eats, season 9, episode 1, The Postman Always Brings Rice, Noah Cappe takes viewers on a journey to some of America's most exciting carnivals, testing out unique and exciting food creations from vendors across the country.
