One contestant creates an elaborate candy sculpture to accompany a chocolate mousse cake, while the other crafts a stunning sugar work centerpiece for their candy-inspired dessert.
As the judges deliberate, the contestants reveal their true identities and it is revealed which ones were industry professionals and which were amateurs. The judges highly praise the impressive efforts of both the professionals and amateurs alike, but ultimately only one can be crowned the winner. The tension is palpable as the judges announce the winner of the sweet and delicious competition.
