First on the list is a barbecue joint in Oklahoma City that serves up mouth-watering brisket, ribs, and sausage. Next, Guy travels to Portland, Oregon to try some Korean-style pork belly tacos and a beef brisket sandwich that's been slow-cooked for 15 hours.

Moving on to Cleveland, Ohio, Guy visits a gourmet burger joint that uses only the best ingredients, including locally sourced beef, to create their signature burgers. Then, he heads to Philadelphia to sample some of the best roast pork sandwiches in the city.

In Minneapolis, Minnesota, Guy visits a deli that's been serving up top-quality meats for over 60 years. He tries their famous pastrami sandwich and a unique dish called the "double-down" which features roasted pork loin and smoked turkey breast between two slices of cornbread.

Finally, Guy heads to Houston, Texas where he visits a restaurant that specializes in Southern-style comfort food. He tries their famous fried chicken, smoked brisket, and a dish called "dirty rice" which is a Cajun-inspired blend of rice, sausage, and seasoning.

Throughout the episode, Guy gets to know the chefs and owners of these restaurants and learns about the different techniques and flavors that go into creating the perfect dish. With each stop, viewers will be taken on a culinary journey across America that celebrates the diversity and creativity of the country's food scene. Whether you're a carnivore or a casual meat-eater, this episode is sure to satisfy your cravings.
