Guy samples the restaurant's famous catfish and finds it to be perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Guy's final stop is at a diner in Boise, Idaho, called Big City Coffee and Cafe. The diner's specialty is their massive cinnamon rolls, which are larger than Guy's head. He also tries the cafe's homemade tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich, a classic combination that never gets old.
