Finally, Fieri makes his way to Louisville, Kentucky to visit Mussel & Burger Bar. As the name suggests, this restaurant specializes in mussels and burgers - two very different types of dishes that somehow come together beautifully on the menu. Fieri tries their truffle fries, which are tossed in a decadent truffle oil and served with a house-made garlic aioli. He also samples two of their most popular menu items: the M&B burger, which is loaded with smoked gouda and roasted tomatoes, and the Kentucky burgoo mussels, which are cooked in a rich and flavorful tomato-based broth.
