From there, Guy heads to Santa Fe, New Mexico, to visit a restaurant called Jambo Cafe. Jambo Cafe specializes in African-Caribbean fusion cuisine, and Guy tries their signature dish, the Jambo Chicken, which is marinated in a secret blend of spices and served with a side of plantains and coconut rice.

Next, Guy travels to Las Vegas, Nevada, to visit a Mexican restaurant called El Dorado Cantina. El Dorado Cantina is known for its fresh, organic ingredients and its extensive tequila selection, and Guy gets a taste of their delicious tacos and enchiladas.

Finally, the episode ends in Memphis, Tennessee, at a restaurant called The Arcade. The Arcade is the oldest restaurant in Memphis, and it's known for its classic diner fare and its famous sweet potato pancakes. Guy tries some of their most popular dishes, including a breakfast sandwich made with fried bologna and a milkshake made with peanut butter and barbecue sauce.
