The show Dog Whisperer is a reality TV series that follows renowned dog behaviorist Cesar Millan as he helps dogs and owners overcome their behavioral issues. In season 1 episode 15 titled Scrawny and Lola, Cesar is called to Las Vegas to help a couple and their two dogs.

The first dog, Scrawny, is a timid and anxious Chihuahua who constantly shakes and hides under furniture. The owners admit that they have been enabling Scrawny's behavior by carrying him around and comforting him when he gets scared. Cesar teaches the owners to stop coddling Scrawny and instead show him strong but calm leadership.

Cesar also introduces Scrawny to his pack of balanced dogs in order to help him gain confidence and learn from their behavior. The pack includes his own dogs, Junior, a Pit Bull, and Daddy, an American Bulldog. The meeting goes well and Scrawny begins to open up and play with the other dogs.

The second dog, Lola, is a hyperactive and aggressive American Pit Bull Terrier. She jumps on people, bites and chews on furniture, and is generally out of control. The owners admit that they have not been providing Lola with enough exercise or structure in her daily routine.

Cesar takes Lola for a walk to show the owners how to establish boundaries and control on the leash. He also introduces her to his pack and teaches the owners how to control her energy with exercise and discipline. Lola responds well to the training and begins to calm down and follow commands.

Cesar also advises the owners on how to create a structured routine for Lola that includes daily exercise, boundaries, and discipline. He teaches them how to use mental stimulation and obedience training to tire Lola out and create a calmer environment in the home.

Throughout the episode, Cesar emphasizes the importance of providing dogs with structure, exercise, and discipline in order to create a balanced and harmonious relationship between dog and owner. He also stresses the need for owners to understand and fulfill their dogs' basic needs for physical and mental stimulation.

In the end, both Scrawny and Lola show significant improvement in their behavior, and the owners are grateful for Cesar's guidance and advice. The episode serves as a reminder that with proper training and care, any dog can become a well-behaved and happy member of the family.
