Churchill and Maya are a pair of French bulldogs living with their owners in a trendy Los Angeles neighborhood. While they may be cute and cuddly, these dogs are far from well-behaved. Churchill is so hyperactive that he can't sit still for more than a few minutes, and Maya can't stand to be separated from him for even a second. The result is a constant barrage of barking, jumping, and other bad behavior that has left their owners at their wits' end.

Enter dog whisperer Cesar Millan, who has been called in to help the dogs and their owners get back on track. Cesar begins by conducting a thorough assessment of the dogs' behavior, noting their disobedience and anxiety whenever they are apart from each other. He also observes that they have a tendency to become overstimulated, chasing their tails and running around in circles whenever they get excited.

To help the dogs calm down and focus their energy, Cesar introduces them to a series of exercises designed to teach them self-control and discipline. He uses a combination of physical and mental stimulation to get their attention and build their confidence, gradually increasing the level of difficulty as they start to improve. He also works with their owners to help them understand how to communicate more effectively with their dogs and establish themselves as the pack leaders.

As the training progresses, Churchill and Maya begin to show signs of improvement. They learn to focus on their owners' commands and control their impulses, and they become less anxious when they are separated from one another. Cesar also helps their owners to establish a routine that includes regular exercise and playtime, which helps to burn off their excess energy and keep them calm and focused.

Throughout the episode, Cesar emphasizes the importance of maintaining a stable and consistent environment for dogs, one that allows them to feel secure and confident in their place in the pack. He also reminds viewers that every dog is different and requires a unique approach to training, based on their individual needs and temperament.

By the end of the episode, Churchill and Maya have made significant progress in their behavior, and their owners report that they are much more manageable and enjoyable to be around. Cesar's calming influence and expert guidance have helped to turn these unruly bulldogs into well-behaved, happy members of the family.
