In season 2 episode 8 of Dog Whisperer, titled "Chip, Lucy, Hank & Betty, and Leo," Cesar Millan, aka the Dog Whisperer, takes on four separate cases of dog behavior issues.

The first case involves a Jack Russell Terrier named Chip who has severe separation anxiety. His owners have tried everything from leaving toys and treats to hiring a dog walker, but he still becomes extremely anxious and destructive when left alone. Cesar works with Chip to build his confidence and trust in his owners, teaching them to establish a clear pack leader role and gradually increase his alone time in a safe and controlled manner.

Next up is Lucy, a Cocker Spaniel with a fear of water. Her owners live near a lake and want to be able to take her on boat rides, but Lucy becomes panicked and tries to jump out of the boat. Cesar uses his "gradual exposure" technique to help Lucy feel more comfortable around water, starting with having her smell and look at the water from a distance and gradually working up to getting her paws wet.

Hank and Betty are two Schnauzers who have aggression issues with other dogs. They bark, snap, and lunge at any dog they see, making it difficult for their owners to take them on walks or to the dog park. Cesar helps the owners establish themselves as pack leaders and teaches the dogs to follow their lead in a calm and submissive manner. He also works with them to socialize with calm, well-behaved dogs to build their confidence and trust.

Finally, Cesar meets Leo, a Doberman Pinscher who is afraid of his owner's teenage son. Leo growls and barks at the son whenever he comes near him, and the son is afraid to be around him. Cesar works with Leo to build his confidence and trust in the son, teaching him to associate the son with positive experiences and rewards. He also helps the son learn how to interact with Leo in a calm and assertive manner, building their bond and trust.

Overall, "Chip, Lucy, Hank & Betty, and Leo" is a packed episode full of useful tips and techniques for dealing with a variety of dog behavior issues. Cesar's calm and confident approach to working with dogs and their owners is always a pleasure to watch, and this episode is no exception.
