In this episode of Dog Whisperer, Caesar is called in to help two families struggling with their furry friends. The first family has a French bulldog named Squatty who refuses to go on walks and hates being outside. The second family has a hula dancer named Hula (appropriately named), who is reactive towards other dogs and people, making it difficult for her to perform or even go for a walk without pulling on the leash.

Caesar starts with Squatty, who has anxiety and fear when it comes to being outdoors. Caesar works with Squatty's family on creating a calm and assertive energy for walks, as well as using different techniques to desensitize Squatty to the outside world. Slowly but surely, Squatty starts to conquer his fears and even enjoys going for walks with his family.

Next, Caesar moves onto Hula, the reactive husky. Caesar works with Hula's owners on creating boundaries and rules for her, as well as using techniques to redirect her attention when she starts to act out. Caesar also works on making Hula more comfortable and less reactive around other dogs, allowing her to perform with more confidence.

Throughout the episode, Caesar emphasizes the importance of a good relationship between a dog and its owner, as well as the need for exercise, discipline, and affection. By the end of the episode, both families have made significant progress with their dogs and are thrilled with the results.

Overall, this episode showcases Caesar's expertise and ability to help dogs and their owners overcome obstacles and create a better dynamic.
