Ep 9. Angel's Share

In Ergo Proxy season 1 episode 9, titled "Angel's Share," our characters find themselves facing a new mystery. As the domed city of Romdo continues to deteriorate, an outbreak of a new virus has led to chaos and unrest among its inhabitants. Nevertheless, Re-l continues her investigation into the origins of the mysterious creatures known as proxies.

Vincent, meanwhile, has found himself captured by the Rapture cult, who believe that they are the chosen ones to survive the impending apocalypse. Vincent is seen as a savior to them, and they have taken him to a secret location where they can help him realize his role in their salvation. But is their helpfulness genuine, or are they just using him for their own needs?

Meanwhile, Re-l has met with another proxy, an angelic being who goes by the name of Domecq. This proxy is unlike any that Re-l has encountered before, and it possesses powers far beyond anything she has seen. However, there is something strange about Domecq, and Re-l is determined to get to the bottom of it.

As the virus continues to spread, the citizens of Romdo grow more and more desperate. The government is unable to control the situation, and many are left to fend for themselves. Amidst all of this, Re-l and Vincent continue to search for answers. But the closer they get to the truth, the more dangerous their situation becomes.

In "Angel's Share," we see a number of new characters introduced, each with their own unique motivations and perspectives. The episode does an excellent job of building upon the world of Ergo Proxy, expanding upon its lore and mythology in new and exciting ways. It also does an excellent job of keeping the viewer engaged, with an intense and thrilling storyline that keeps us on the edge of our seats.

Overall, "Angel's Share" is an excellent episode of Ergo Proxy, and one that fans of the show will not want to miss. It's a great introduction to some of the more complex themes and ideas that the show explores, and it does an outstanding job of building upon the foundations that have been laid in earlier episodes.
