The final establishment is The White House in Eastbourne. Mike and Kiki are the owners of this contemporary guest house, and they have put a lot of effort into their decor. The guests are particularly impressed with the artwork and the modern feel of their rooms. One of the highlights of their stay is a game of croquet in the back garden.

After an eventful week, it's time for the contestants to vote for their favourite B&B, based on the quality of their stay and the value for money. Once the votes are in, the winner is announced, and the other B&B owners learn what they can do to improve their establishments.
