Katherine and Stefan get ready for the party. Luke and Alexis go over their plan. The guests arrive for the party. Luke finds a knife in Stefan's office to loosen the railing on the parapet. Helena shows up for the party. Luke tells Alexis that he has loosened the railing and he now needs her to lure Helena on to the parapet. As Stefan and Katherine formally announce their engagement Laura shows up on the island.
