Ric tells Sonny that that Adela is his mother and Trevor Lansing is his father. Ric continues that Trevor blamed Sonny for the Adela’s fall and wanted her to give him up for adoption. He adds that Adela kept Sonny and gave Ric to Trevor before she walked away from him. Ric believes that it is Sonny fault for cheating him out of a happy life with Adela and Trevor and for causing their mother pain. Ric admits that he never slept with Carly but enjoyed making her think that she had been unfaithful to Sonny. Jason manages to free himself and Courtney. Jason shows up and points a gun at Ric.
