The Comedy Store holds the honor of being one of the most famous comedy clubs in the world, having hosted legends like Richard Pryor, Robin Williams, and Jim Carrey, to name a few. However, the club's history is not without its darker side. In this episode of Ghost Adventures, the crew visits The Comedy Store to investigate claims of paranormal activity.

As the crew sets up for their investigation, they hear stories from the staff and performers about strange occurrences in the club. Lights turn on and off on their own, laughter echoes through empty rooms, and some have even reported seeing apparitions of comedians who have long since passed away. The team sets out to see if they can capture any evidence of these claims, with the hope of shedding light on the unexplained phenomena.

As they begin their investigation, the crew splits up to cover as much ground as possible. Zak and Aaron head down into the basement, where many of the staff members claim to have experienced a strong, unexplainable presence. As they navigate the dark, cramped space, they begin to feel a sense of unease. The temperature drops suddenly, and they catch a fleeting glimpse of a shadowy figure lurking in the corner. Could it be the spirit of a comedian who once performed there?

Meanwhile, Jay and Billy investigate the upstairs area, including the famous Main Room stage. Here, they hear strange noises and unexplained footsteps that seem to follow them wherever they go. They also notice a strong energy emanating from a particular spot on the stage, and decide to try some EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) recordings to see if they can make any contact with the other side. What they capture is shocking and leaves them both spooked.

The crew also spends some time in the club's dressing rooms, where they attempt to communicate with the ghosts of comedians who once got ready for their performances there. By using a variety of equipment, including the controversial Ouija board, they try to establish a connection and get some answers. What they discover is surprising and reveals a side of the club's history that many may not have known.

As the investigation comes to a close, the crew gathers to share their findings. They review the evidence they have captured, including EVP recordings and video footage, and discuss their personal experiences throughout the night. While some claims remain unexplainable, others seem to have a clear paranormal explanation. The Comedy Store is revealed to be more than just a place for laughter - it's also a place where the spirits of comedians past still linger.
