Their first stop is the historic Thomas Shepherd Inn, a bed and breakfast that has been in operation for over two hundred years. The inn's owner, Betty Lou Harmison, tells the team about the strange things that have been happening there, including objects moving on their own and strange noises in the night. The team sets up their equipment and begins their investigation, but they don't find anything unusual.

Undeterred, they move on to their next location: the abandoned Sweet Springs Resort. The resort, which has been closed for years, is believed to be haunted by the ghosts of former guests and staff.
