Golden Kamuy Season 1 Episode 4 Grim Reaper

Asirpa and Sugimoto continue their hunt for the hidden Ainu gold, but they are not the only ones searching for it. Toshizo Hijikata, the former vice-commander of the Shinsengumi, is also on the hunt for the gold, and his methods are much more brutal than those of Asirpa and Sugimoto.

In this episode, the duo meets with an old man who tells them about the legend of the Ainu Grim Reaper, a figure who is said to be able to control the spirits of the dead. The old man also warns them about Hijikata and his men, who are hot on their trail.

Asirpa and Sugimoto then seek refuge in a town where they meet a man who claims to know where the gold is hidden. However, they soon discover that he is actually working for Hijikata. Asirpa and Sugimoto are forced to fight their way out of town, but they are unable to catch up with Hijikata and his men.

The episode ends with Asirpa and Sugimoto reflecting on their failed attempt to find the gold, but they remain determined to continue their search. Hijikata, on the other hand, seems to be getting closer to the gold with each passing day.
