Ep 11. Rogues' Gallery

Detective James Gordon and his partner Harvey Bullock are trying to track down a dangerous inmate who escaped from Arkham Asylum during a riot. Meanwhile, a new management team has taken over the asylum and is implementing questionable methods to treat the patients.

As Gordon and Bullock investigate the asylum, they meet Dr. Leslie Thompkins, a compassionate physician who disagrees with the new management's techniques. Gordon also crosses paths with Dr. Gerry Lang, the chief of psychiatry who seems to have a hidden agenda.

Meanwhile, Oswald Cobblepot continues to build his criminal empire in Gotham. He enlists the help of a homeless man named Gertrude Kapelput, who he claims is his mother. But as he tries to gain control of the remaining gangs in the city, he faces opposition from the powerful Falcone and Maroni families.

Elsewhere, Bruce Wayne continues to uncover secrets about his father's past. He enlists the help of Alfred and a computer expert named Lucius Fox to decrypt a hidden message on his father's computer. The message leads him to a secret room in Wayne Enterprises with clues about his family's legacy.
