Ep 13. Welcome Back, Jim Gordon

He does an excellent job of conveying the emotions that Gordon is feeling throughout the episode, from anger to despair to hope. Donal Logue, who plays Harvey Bullock, Gordon's partner, provides some much-needed comic relief during the more intense scenes.

One of the standout performances in this episode comes from Milo Ventimiglia, who plays the Ogre. He skillfully portrays the charming but twisted killer, making the audience feel both repelled and drawn to him at the same time.
