Heavy Object is a light Japanese novel series that takes an animated form. The animation is a fantasy about the future battlefield. The central idea in this show is the military power advancement in all the nations of the world. This is seen to render the use of nuclear weapons and other sophisticated warfare resources and techniques futile.

All the nations, therefore, assume four different war blocks which are done in a quest to remedy the situation. These four blocks continually attack each other, and this makes war among the blocks endless. The legitimacy kingdom is focused on tradition while the Capitalist Corporation values profit-making and puts it above any other undertaking. The Information Alliance is focused on knowledge and information while the last group which is the Faith Organization values religious actions and beliefs.

The idea of objects destroying objects is strongly internalized among the four coalitions which are in constant warfare. This makes the war between the groups to be purely a war of objects that takes place in a shorter and safer way. This perception of objects destroying objects is brought to an end when two soldiers from the Legitimacy block destroy an object all by themselves.

  • With the help of mercenaries, Qwenthur and Havia work to discover and exploit the weaknesses of the six dummy Objects to keep them from blowing up the immigrant settlement city.

  • Now facing seven Objects, including the Indigo Plasma, and with only a semi-damaged Baby Magnum on their side, Qwenthur and Havia try to figure out if this is a battle they can fight and win.

  • Three Legitimate Kingdom Objects set out on an operation to stop the traitorous Indigo Plasma from reaching their homeland.

  • With help from an unexpected quarter, Qwenthur and Havia work together to neutralize Nutsray, the traitor, and the enemy Object, the Wing Balancer.

  • When a member of the team turns traitor, the operation is derailed. Qwenthur and Charlotte go on the run in hostile territory, while Havia's team comes up against the enemy Object.

  • The 37th Mechanized Maintenance Battalion gears up to launch a sneak attack at night against the Faith Organization in a complicated multi-step operation.

  • Leaping into the Rush in an attempt to buy Milinda more time to repair her Baby Magnum, Qwenthur learns some unexpected things about the Intelligence Union's Object and its Elite pilot.

  • Qwenthur and the Baby Magnum scramble to destroy the Mass Driver Foundation's rail gun emplacement. And the infamous Sladder Honeysuckle makes an appearance.

  • Working to mop up the survivors of the Mass Driver Foundation, the Baby Magnum limps into battle without the chance to make any repairs, relying somewhat more heavily than usual on boots on the ground.

  • Qwenthur and Havia's battalion makes a succesful amphibious landing, but they soon discover that the Mass Driver Conglomerate has been putting its technological prowess to good use when it comes to arming its Object.

  • The entire battalion is off in pursuit of the terrorists and the mystery Object from Antarctica, which leads them across the sea to South America.

  • Qwenthur and Havia find themselves in Antarctica, tracking down some terrorists. And it turns out that Havia is trying to win a name for himself for a lot more than just his family estate.

  • Qwenthur and Havia's unconventional success against Objects is upsetting the status quo, and they discover that this has won them a powerful enemy, right as they are working to thwart the 0.5th gen.

  • The race is on to find the Oceanian 0.5th gen Object before it is deployed to commit atrocities.

  • For once, Qwenthur and Havia are sent to a battlefront where the odds seem stacked in their favor. Their side has twenty first and second gen Objects, while their enemy has one measly 0.5th gen Object.

  • Qwenthur and Havia bought time for Milinda's Baby Magnum against the Tri-Core, but when things start to look dicey for Milinda, Qwenthur has to decide whether he wants to try his luck against this Object yet again.

  • Determined to get revenge and buy time for the rest of their unit to evacuate, Qwenthur, Havia, and Milinda figure out the enemy's weakness and hatch a plan to incapacitate the enemy Object.

  • The world is fragmented into four coalitions that constantly wage wars across their borders. These wars are fought by a new class of weapons called Objects, which rendered all other forms of conventional warfare obsolete.
