Three judges preside over court cases, ensuring a dynamic and riveting courtroom experience as they deliberate the merits of each case before them. Judge Patricia DiMango, Judge Tanya Acker and Judge Michael Corriero draw on their diverse experiences and backgrounds to lend a unique perspective to each episode as they hear cases ranging from breach of contract lawsuits to complex malpractice cases. In season 3 episode 201, titled "Double Duty Vandalism?!; I'm at Ease With Dying?", the judges hear two separate cases.

In the first case, a woman is suing her former roommate for damages to their apartment. The plaintiff claims that the defendant brought guests over to their apartment, and one of those guests vandalized the property. She is seeking $7,500 to cover the cost of repairs. The defendant denies any wrongdoing and insists that she was not responsible for the vandalism. She argues that even if her guest was responsible, she was not aware of the damage until after the fact and should not be held responsible. The judges must determine who is responsible for the damage and whether the plaintiff is entitled to the full amount she is seeking.

In the second case, a man is suing his ex-girlfriend's estate for breach of contract. The plaintiff claims that he and his ex-girlfriend had a verbal agreement that, upon her death, he would inherit her property. He argues that he fulfilled his end of the agreement by caring for her while she was sick and helping her with her possessions. However, after her death, her family refused to honor the agreement and instead sold the property. The family argues that there was no such agreement and that the plaintiff is not entitled to any of the proceeds from the sale of the property. The judges must determine whether the plaintiff's claim has merit and whether the verbal agreement is legally binding.

As the judges hear each case, they offer insightful commentary and ask probing questions to get to the heart of each matter. With their vast experience in law and the unique perspectives they bring to each case, the judges deliver a dynamic and fascinating courtroom experience. "Double Duty Vandalism?!; I'm at Ease With Dying?" is a compelling episode that showcases the many complexities of the legal system and the challenges faced by those seeking justice.
