Hot Bench Season 3 Episode 3 Dying Wish Denied?!; Biggest Grin Award

  • September 13, 2016

In Hot Bench's season 3 episode 3 titled Dying Wish Denied?!; Biggest Grin Award, Judge Acker presides over two cases while Judges DiMango and Corriero preside over one each.

In the first case, a soon-to-be bride is suing her ex-fiance for the cost of the wedding venue. She claims that he backed out of the wedding just two weeks beforehand, leaving her to foot the bill for the non-refundable venue deposit. The defendant argues that his ex-fiance was unstable and controlling, causing him to call off the wedding for his own sanity.

The second case involves a woman who claims that her deceased brother's dying wish was for her to inherit his property. However, his wife and children are contesting the will, which left everything to the sister. They argue that the will was changed under suspicious circumstances and that the sister pressured their father into making the change.

In the third case, a woman seeks to evict her former roommate and recover unpaid rent. The defendant argues that the plaintiff didn't fulfill her promise to provide a private bedroom for the duration of their lease, forcing her to live in the common area.

Finally, a dispute arises when a man claims that he deserves the "biggest grin award" from a local newspaper after spotting a rare bird in his backyard. However, his neighbor argues that he was the one who actually informed the media and deserves the recognition.

As with all Hot Bench episodes, the judges will weigh the evidence and testimony presented to them before making a final judgment on each case. Don't miss out on the drama, arguments, and legal proceedings on Hot Bench season 3 episode 3, Dying Wish Denied?!; Biggest Grin Award.
