Ep 19. Too Hot for TV

Victoria, Melanie, and Joy receive an offer to produce their own TV show called "Women A.M." where they will discuss current events and pop culture from a female perspective. Initially ecstatic about the opportunity, they encounter problems when they realize that the show's producer, who also happens to be an old acquaintance of Victoria's, intends to make the program sensational and exploitative.

As they prepare for their first episode, the women soon discover that the producer has supplied them with a controversial topic to address on their show. Despite their initial reluctance to tackle the subject, they quickly realize that it makes for great television and they begin to enjoy the attention and newfound fame.

However, as they continue to push the envelope with their topics and stunts, they soon realize that they might have gone too far. An embarrassing video from their personal lives goes viral, and they face harsh criticism from the public.

Dismayed by the backlash, the women must decide if they want to continue with the show or if they need to take a step back and reevaluate their careers. In the end, they realize that they can still be successful without compromising their values and they come up with a new format for "Women A.M." that focuses on positive messaging and uplifting content.

Meanwhile, Elka tries to help her former cellmate, Max, who is having difficulty adjusting to life outside of prison. Despite some initial struggles, Max eventually finds her footing and gets a job at the local diner.

As always, the episode is filled with humor, heartwarming moments, and plenty of surprises that will leave viewers laughing and cheering on their favorite characters.
