Jeannie becomes distraught when she overhears Tony mentioning his birthday and realizes she's never celebrated one herself. Determined to throw her genie a proper party, Jeannie sets out to plan her first ever birthday celebration. But things don't go according to plan when Tony becomes suspicious of all the preparations going on around the house. As tensions rise and misunderstandings abound, Jeannie must work to keep her secret while still delivering the perfect birthday celebration for her master. Meanwhile, Roger and Dr. Bellows are competing to win the title of Officer of the Year, and their friendly rivalry threatens to tear the whole base apart.
