In the fourth episode of season 1 of Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis, titled "Ross is the Boss," Jeff Lewis and his assistant Jenni Pulos visit the home of Ross, a CEO of a toy company. Ross has a wife and two children, but his busy work life has left their home in disarray.
Upon their arrival, Jeff and Jenni notice the clutter and lack of organization in the home. Jeff immediately gets to work, sorting through the piles of toys and other items in the living room. He clears out the clutter and creates a designated play area for the children.
Next, Jeff turns his attention to the kitchen, which is also in a state of disarray. There are dirty dishes piled up and a confusing mess of spices and other items on the countertops. Jeff organizes the cabinets and creates a clear system for Ross and his family to follow in order to keep the kitchen clean and organized.
One of the biggest challenges of this episode is the master bedroom. Ross and his wife have not been able to agree on a design style, leading to a mishmash of different patterns and colors in the room. Jeff helps the couple come to a compromise, using a neutral color palette and simplifying the decor.
Throughout the episode, there are also tension and disagreements between Ross and his wife. Jeff works to not only improve the aesthetics of the home but also help the couple communicate and compromise with each other.
In the end, Jeff is able to transform Ross' chaotic home into a beautifully designed and organized space. The family is thrilled with the results and thankful for Jeff's help in creating a more functional and harmonious home.
