Watch Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis
Along with his assistant Jenni Pulos, Jeff travels to couples' homes throughout the Los Angeles area that are in desperate need of makeover. Jeff and Jenni review the home and decide which rooms need renovating. The couples who own these homes often have trouble communicating and relating to one another and have allowed their lives to spiral out of control. Jeff and Jenni try to get to the source of the problem so that the couples can enjoy a new outlook on their lives together while also enjoying the beautiful interior decorating. While most of these couples are initially resistant to change, they usually appreciate the end results and are willing to take the steps that are necessary to make an effective lifestyle change.
After deciding on the rooms that will be redecorated, Jeff and Jenni travel to furniture and art stores with the couples in order to pick out pieces that they think will look good in the rooms. Pieces that represent each person's taste are selected.
The real renovation work begins once the clients are sent off to a hotel for a few days. A crew of renovation specialists comes in to take care of all of the heavy work such as painting, applying new drapery and bringing in new furniture. Zoila Chavez, who is Jeff's housekeeper, also comes into the home to provide a detailed cleaning.
Once the couple returns, they are treated to the sight of a brand new interior. The end results often leave them speechless and filled with joy. Jeff and Jenni then go on to help a new couple.
