Ep 24. The King and Jade

Jackie Chan Adventures is an action-comedy animated series premiering in 2000. It follows Jackie Chan and his extended family on their quest to protect a series of magical artifacts from evil forces trying to claim them.

Jade becomes fascinated with the mystery of Ananda and decides to investigate further. She sneaks away from the group and finds a hidden room in the temple containing a diary written by Ananda. In the diary, Ananda writes about how her father became obsessed with the urn and stopped caring about anything else, including her. She also mentions a secret passage in the temple where she planned to hide the urn.

Jade follows the clues in the diary to the secret passage and finds the urn but is caught by the Dark Hand. They threaten to harm her if she doesn't give them the urn, but before she can decide, the ghost of King Jayavarman appears and takes the urn back. He then reveals that he hid the urn to protect his kingdom from those who would use its power for evil.

Meanwhile, Jackie and the others are searching for Jade when they stumble upon a group of archaeologists excavating the temple. The archaeologists turn out to be working for the Dark Hand and have been using their equipment to search for the urn. Jackie and Uncle fight off the archaeologists and save the temple, but they still need to get the urn back from the ghosts.

Eventually, Jade convinces King Jayavarman that they can be trusted with the urn and he agrees to give it to them. However, before he can do so, the Dark Hand attacks again and a furious battle ensues. The Chan family and the ghosts join forces to defeat the evil organization and save the urn.

In the end, the urn is safely stored away, and the group bids farewell to King Jayavarman and the ghosts. Jade is disappointed that they didn't find any more information about Ananda, but Jackie assures her that they will continue to search for answers.

"The King and Jade" is a thrilling episode filled with action, adventure, and mystery. It showcases the importance of working together and respecting ancient cultures and traditions.
