The group discovers that the Hooded Fang has a secret plan to overthrow the government and become the supreme ruler of the country.

Jacob and the other children hatch a plan to escape and stop the Hooded Fang. They manage to escape and make their way to the government building. There, they tell their story to the Prime Minister and the Police Chief. The Hooded Fang is arrested and the children are hailed as heroes.
