Ep 18. A Means To An End

Jeremiah season 1 episode 18, titled "A Means To An End," follows the aftermath of Markus' death and Jeremiah's guilt over not being able to save his friend. Jeremiah is determined to take down the group responsible for Markus' death, and he teams up with a group of rebels to infiltrate their compound.

As Jeremiah and the rebels make their way into the compound, they uncover some shocking information about the group's plans. Not only are they planning on using a deadly virus to wipe out most of the population, but they have also captured a scientist who helped develop the virus and are forcing him to create a vaccine that would only be given to their members.

Jeremiah and the rebels work together to take down the group and rescue the scientist. However, things take a turn for the worse when one of the rebels is captured and held hostage. Jeremiah is forced to make a difficult decision in order to save his friend and stop the group from carrying out their plans.

Meanwhile, Kurdy struggles with his own guilt over his past actions. He confides in Elizabeth about his role in the collapse and the death of his friend, but she helps him see that he has the power to make a difference now.

As the episode comes to a close, the group reflects on the sacrifices they have made and the choices they have had to make in order to survive in this post-apocalyptic world. Jeremiah realizes that sometimes the end justifies the means, but he also knows that there is always a price to pay for the choices we make.
