Jersey Belle is a reality show based around the life of entertainment publicist Jamie Primak Sullivan. A native of New Jersey, Jamie is trying to find her way in Mountain Brook, an upscale Alabama suburb. She marries Michael Sullivan, the man of her dreams who was also the town's most eligible bachelor. Now, all of her Alabama girlfriends are determined to turn this former Jersey Girl into a Southern Belle. From the outside, Mountain Brook looks like the perfect little place. Once inside, however, that perfect exterior cracks and its imperfections are visible. Like a fish out of water, Jamie tries to navigate this grand new world where "yes ma'am" and "southern charm" rule. Even after living in Mountain Brook for years, Jamie is still quite the outsider. Jersey Belle follows along while Jamie embraces her imperfection. Her outspoken "Yankee" personality clashes with her new circle of friends and often results in some unexpected entertainment comedy.
