One Week Shred features Jillian Michaels, one of the star personal trainers from NBC's The Biggest Loser. Famous for her 30 Day Shred and Yoga Inferno DVDs, Jillian developed this program to help viewers tone up quickly for a big event. The program consists of a half-hour morning workout and another half-hour evening workout. The morning routine is a strength workout consisting of four circuits that are to be done twice each. As far as equipment, viewers need two three (or more) pound weights and a yoga mat. The evening cardio routine is divided into three circuits, and again, each circuit is to be done twice. The tagline of the program is "You can do anything for one week!" Jillian Michaels One Week Shred also offers a meal plan to help participants get into shape. She encourages and guides viewers through every step to help them achieve their goals.
