Ep 5. The God Makes Her Second Romantic Confession

After a tense confrontation with Tomoe, Nanami is left feeling heartbroken and questioning her feelings for him. As she tries to sort out her emotions, she receives an unexpected invitation from a god who has been harboring a crush on her.

Himemiko, the kappa god, invites Nanami to her underwater home to celebrate a festival with her and her fellow kappa friends. Nanami accepts, hoping to take her mind off of Tomoe for a while. However, upon arriving, she discovers that the festival is actually a matchmaking event for Himemiko's younger sister, who is eager to find love.

As Nanami reluctantly joins in the festivities, she begins to realize that she might not be as over Tomoe as she thought. And when Tomoe unexpectedly shows up at the festival, Nanami is forced to confront her feelings head-on.

Amidst the chaos of the matchmaking ceremony, Nanami and Tomoe find themselves alone, and Tomoe finally confesses the truth about his past and his feelings for her. Shocked and overwhelmed, Nanami must make a decision about where her heart truly lies.

Meanwhile, tensions continue to rise between Tomoe and Mizuki, who is struggling with his own complicated feelings for Nanami. As the three of them navigate their emotions and their relationships with each other, the fate of the god and human worlds hangs in the balance.
