Kathy Griffin Comedy Specials Season 2 Episode 2 Episode 202

Kathy's house is buzzing, and the eBay winner is due any moment, but when he arrives the mood quickly dampens. Kathy and her parents repeat, "he couldn't be nicer", but truthfully her big fan, Michael, is shy and kind of dull. He's not at all the "snap queen" they were expecting and it feels like a long weekend is ahead of them. Regardless, Kathy pulls out all the stops to show him a good time Hollywood-style. She is booked to present an award at the Costume Designers Guild Awards and brings Michael along for the ride. She proudly introduces him on the red carpet as the winner of the eBay auction and makes sure he gets lots of autographs and photographs--even though he's never heard of most of the stars. When Kathy hits the stage, she goes off script and as usual goes too far and the audience turns on her. The weekend continues with spa treatments, a personal chef and hang time with Kathy's friends - all for Michael. When it comes to politics, Kathy supports the troops, but not the war. So, when she gets the opportunity to entertain the troops in Iraq, she jumps at the chance. But not before roping in friends Michael McDonald ("Mad TV") and Karri Turner ("JAG") to perform with her.
