Ep 19. The Passion of Paul

In the season 7 episode 19 of Last Man Standing, titled "The Passion of Paul," Mike's daughter Mandy surprises everyone by landing a highly sought-after internship at a well-known advertising company in Denver. Her grandfather Bud is especially proud of her accomplishment, but Mike is a little hesitant about the distance Mandy will be from home and her boyfriend Kyle.

Meanwhile, Paul, a former church member, contacts Mike requesting help with his current predicament. He claims to have "found Jesus" and now wants to make amends with the people he wronged in the past. As Paul's health improves, he reveals to Mike that he is dying of cancer and has a limited amount of time left. He continues to express his regret for his past actions and how grateful he is for Mike's help. Mike finally decides to forgive him and reconciles with Paul, which brings Paul peace before he passes away.

Mandy eventually decides to quit her internship and return home to be closer to her family and Kyle. She realizes that her values and happiness are more important than a prestigious internship.
