Host, Jordan Andino, sets out to experience the city's nightlife and satisfy his late-night cravings, exploring the unique and diverse food scene the city has to offer.

The episode begins with Jordan in search of a quick bite at one of Tucson's popular food trucks, Sonoran Delights. The chef prepares an authentic Sonoran "hot dog," a Tucson specialty, that's wrapped in bacon and topped with pinto beans, tomatoes, onions, and salsa. A perfect start to the night for Jordan who is eager to try more of Tucson's hidden gems.

Next, Jordan takes a trip to one of the city's famous late-night hangouts, The Buffet Bar. Known for its "sunken living room" style, the bar has been a local favorite for decades. Jordan orders the bar's iconic "puffy tacos," stuffed with seasoned ground beef, lettuce, and cheese. The dish lives up to its reputation and Jordan is unable to resist ordering a few more.

No visit to Tucson is complete without sampling the city's signature dish, the chimichanga. Jordan heads to El Charro Cafe, one of the oldest family-owned restaurants in Tucson, for a taste of their famous, deep-fried chimichanga. The dish is filled with a savory mixture of shredded chicken, onions, and cheese, and served with a side of guacamole and beans. Jordan can't get enough of the flavorsome dish and is impressed with the restaurant's long-standing history in the city's food scene.

Keeping with the theme of local traditions, Jordan visits Barrio Bread, where artisan bread maker, Don Guerra, creates his renowned sourdough loaves. Don teaches Jordan about the process of making bread and they bake a unique batch that incorporates Hatch chiles, a local ingredient found in many Tucson dishes.

Jordan ends his night at Serial Grillers, a restaurant known for its gourmet burgers and creative pizza combinations. He orders the restaurant's famous "Walter White pizza," inspired by the popular TV show, Breaking Bad. The pizza is exceptionally unique, with blue cheese crumbles and crushed red pepper, and is sure to please any late-night hunger pang.

Throughout the episode, Jordan is impressed with Tucson's diverse food scene, which fuses Mexican, Southwestern, and Native American influences.
